In the app
Open Settings, then Account, then Delete account, and confirm. If you have an active subscription, cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first so you are not charged again.
Without the app
Email privacy@memorynote.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm by sending a one-time code before deleting anything.
What is deleted
- Your account, recordings, transcripts, summaries, mind maps, infographics and templates, within 30 days.
- Backups, within 90 days.
- Transaction records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Delete recordings only
You can delete single recordings in the app and keep your account. Email us if you want all recordings removed but your account kept.
